International Scientific Conference "Value in Business"

Dear Colleagues and Friends!

On behalf of the scientific and organizing committee of the International Scientific Conference "Value in Business", it is my honor and great pleasure to welcome you to Lublin on October 18-19, 2023.

Following the outstanding achievements of previous annual meetings, we will do our best to offer an excellent opportunity to share experiences, exchange scientific ideas and foster interaction between all scientists, lecturers, students and business activists.
The theme of this year's edition is "Challenges and Problems of Organizations under Uncertainty". Following the pattern of previous years, this year's edition will cover a very broad topic on value in business in financial, managerial and social aspects taking into account the challenges that arise in organizations due to an unstable environment. A particularly important topic will be value creation and performance and risk management of businesses under uncertainty arising from pandemics, high inflation, energy supply situation and economic conditions. We hope that the event will be an excellent opportunity to exchange views and discuss research results from many scientific disciplines with both theoreticians and business practitioners.

The conference will be held in Lublin, an attractive tourist city with a unique, atmospheric Old Town. The venue of the conference will be the modern and spacious Lublin Conference Center, providing professional services, both stationary and hybrid.
